I was wondering how to make a portrait look like it was shot with a telephoto lense in Photoshop, like this http://www.mir.com.my/rb/photography/hardwares/classics/eos/EOS-1n/credit-images/SING_LO/portrait_Singlo.jpg look at the background, this kinda blur not the lame &quot;lense blur&quot; filter.. can it be done? if so then please make a tutorial about it, MANY people will appreciate it</description>
