Nevermind, I didn’t realize that the blend mode for the inner glow is set to “Screen” and not “Normal”. Great tutorial, I’ve finished my work of art and is here:

I am unable to get my ribbon shapes to look like yours. I looked at all the settings carefully and it just gives me a black ribbon shape with the black color centered in it. Please help.
