Are you looking to create a new clinic logo? If so, you’re in the right place because we’ll cover everything you need to know about crafting a beautiful piece of graphic design!
Creating a logo shouldn’t be taken lightly. Apparently, it takes as little as ten seconds for consumers to form an impression about a brand’s logo- so you want to get it right!
So with that in mind, let’s dive into our top tips!
1.) The Logo Must Resonate with Your Audience
Your clinic logo is one of the first things potential clients see of your brand. Whether it be marketing literature, advertisements or your website, etc. your logo is on the forefront of everywhere!
So, you’ll need to create an excellent first impression. To make sure this happens, the logo should include elements that evoke positive emotions from potential clients.
To work out the typefaces and colors needed to create the perfect logo you need to know the client avatar inside out and back to front.
Namely, what are the social, financial and demographic backgrounds of the potential clients? It’s also good to know what your target audience expects from your clinic.
Once you have all this information nailed down, you can start crafting a high-converting logo.
2.) Keep the Design Simple
You need to keep the logo design simple– this is essential. Clients should be able to understand the purpose of your logo in one quick glance, so don’t over complicate things.
So here are a few things to consider when designing a pharmaceutical logo:
- Don’t use more than two different colors.
- Don’t use more than two different typefaces.
- Don’t use rainbow colors (unless it’s 100% necessary).
- Don’t clutter your logo with unnecessary design features (lines, loads of shapes, different fonts, etc.)
If you stick to the above rules, then you shouldn’t go too far wrong. The Gretna alcohol treatment logo is a great example of this.
3.) Create a Unique Clinic Logo
You should always aim to create a unique design because you’ll be competing against all the other clinics in your niche. So what you need to ask yourself is- how does this logo turn heads?
For example, perhaps you could consider incorporating an unusual shape to capture attention- or a signature color that people recognize as your brand?
